So im so friggin proud of my lil sis. we are best friends and she is a great artist in life and on canvass. she teaches the young about life and how to contribute. and she paints beautiful art that makes me happy and proud to be related to this woman.
peep out the pic, she evolves constantly from post-surreal, to fine lines, to etheral to figurative. great period.

FREEK

Big ups to CCB for Freek. she bought me the "thrill her" sugar free which most of the time the sugar free ones suck but this was pretty good. not too much kick or anything. the can is pretty funny cuz it goes into this whole thing about what kind of freek are you i.e. boob freek, foot freek, hairy pit freek? i dont know if that last one has to do with mosh pits with hairy dudes or hairy armpits in general. i wonder what demographic this is being targeted too....my guess is 15 year olds who are trying to be cool. my advice put the can of freek down and the world of warcraft figurines down, shave your trash stache and go outside.

Bottled Rage

Jesus Mary and Joseph! this stuff is crazy, the red bottle makes it look fairly innocuous but this is the real deal. first off each bottle has 4 servings in it and everyone that i know that has drank it says to follow the instructions and drink what is recommended. well i drank half the bottle then went to go work out and i was a total freak in the gym. i raged on every major muscle group known to man for hours. i even worked out the lesser known muscles like the under used slats, trikes, dorts, flactoids, thromboids and ginikticazoids (the most hebrew of the muscle groups, i work this one out by eating gifelte fish and feeling guilty that i havent called my mother). seriously this stuff is bottled rage, its got everything under the sun in it too and it tastes pretty good. its a bit heavy and a touch syrupy but good none the less. i think a more appropriate label would be a dude eating pit bulls and punchin wanksters....and more exclamation points....and swear words.

the dwarves/the uprising/ Bison bc

Went to the ravari room last thursday and saw a great show. kudos to the booking agent there they are lining up some sweet shows. first off we saw Bison bc from vancouver and they killed it. great set totall doom metal and the dudes seemed solid. they made my ears hurt, i hope they come back, im a fan after that set. next up was the uprising, really nice guys from orange county.they did a good set too they sounded like socal punk meets NYHC in the late 80's early 90's, fun stuff.
then the Dwarves ripped it up, the pit was a sloppy crusty mess with the punks and their full beers sloshing all over the place. they killed it, really fun show. cant wait for baroness,priestess and the sword in the next few months.
